DagNab that DVR

Don't you just want to cry tears of sorrow when you are done watching DVR'd house only to look at the guide and see that American Idol is on but isn't taping because you forgot to cancel The Biggest Loser because you'd much rather watch a few people sing and Paula dance around like a crazy person who drank too much Coke. So you click over only to watch the last 10 minutes, one person perform and not even your favorite?

Yeah.... me neither.........

thank heavens for the super long re-cap's at the end

I'm going to one up you. We've been in my mom's house for five months. Guess how long we've been DVR-less. 5 months. Jeff is going crazy! I think he's counting down the days til we move. :)

Seriously, how did we live without them?

We have the unfortunate problem in that we still have a VCR… but we have to split the cable in order to tape. But we can't tape all the channels we get on cable since it is digital cable and the VCR only gets the standard channels. RRRRRRRR

Some cable providers offer previously run shows on demand like pay per view. You may be able to catch the parts you missed after all.

So sad:( We don't have DVR, I wish we did, even when stupid things like that happen! I love to watch Paula act crazy and say craaazy things!

I don't have a DVR. Never have. It's probably for the best, because then I don't have to deal with disappointments like this. :(
